At the Linwood Library, we experimented with our new Junior Psychology Lab to teach children about how the brain works. Children completed tasks such as memorizing numbers and words, writing down U.S. presidents, watching YouTube videos, and answering questions to learn about memorization techniques, visual perception, and question framing. By relating this to everyday life, children could more easily understand such concepts.
We had an amazing time hosting this event! A big thank you to all the students who participated and made it such a fun and engaging day. While small, we felt that we could establish a closer connection with the students and provide a more personalized experience.
Thanks to everyone who attended for making this event such a success! Your support helps us create more amazing experiences for our community.
